What this policy covers

We review return or exchange requests involving damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, or a material mismatch with the product description.

Start the review

Submit the request to adaviappkadalli@gmail.com no later than 30 calendar days from delivery. Include identifying order details and clear visual evidence of the reported condition.

Do not return without instructions

Please retain packaging and all included parts. Wait for approval before sending anything back; approved cases receive the appropriate return destination and directions.

Limits and legal rights

We do not accept voluntary returns based only on change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong size or option. This restriction does not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Exchanges depend on review and available inventory.

Approved refunds

An approved refund is started against the original form of payment within 10 calendar days; provider processing can delay when the credit becomes visible.
